Cancellation of website subscription and deletion of data

In their Gowebster dashboard, users can cancel their website's subscription, and unpublish their website. This will ensure that their Gowebster website is no longer displayed on the domain name that they've purchased through Gowebster, or connected to their Gowebster website. If they wish to delete all data collected from them, then they may request it by sending an email to Our support team will then delete all data of the user from our database. Data once delete from the database cannot be retrieved.

Communication from Gowebster Inc

Marketing Communications. By using our Service, you agree to receive marketing communications from us or any of our partners. To the extent you have not already done so during sign-up, you may select not to receive from Gowebster Inc or any of our partners certain emails related to marketing, promotions, sweepstakes, contests, or newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by sending an email to support@Gowebster

Phone Calls and Messages. By providing us your phone number, you are consenting to us or our partners contacting you via autodialed or prerecorded calls/messages and you understand that providing your number is not a condition of purchasing any Gowebster Inc product or service. Gowebster Inc may contact you at any telephone number you have provided us, including phone numbers you have made publically available on your Gowebster Inc website(s) for:

  • - Account troubleshooting;

We may collect other telephone numbers for you and may place manual, non-marketing calls to any of those numbers and autodialed non-marketing calls to any landline. Standard telephone minute and text charges may apply and may include overage fees if you have exceeded your plan limits.

Billing information

If you sign up for a Gowebster Inc account, we require your billing information in order to process the transaction. We will retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number and credit card type, so that you may identify the card in the future. We do not store any billing information. The information is discarded after your transaction has been processed and accepted. Your subscription’s default setup will be auto-renewing, as a result a recurring subscription will be created at our payment gateway, Stripe, which is a third-party electronic payments vendor. Stripe will store your billing information on its secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your subscription. Should you cancel your subscription, your billing information will be immediately removed by Stripe. We may use another third party payment agent to manage our subscriptions via credit/debit card in the future. If you use this method of payment you will authorize regular payments to be made for your subscription to Gowebster Inc. In doing so, you will be asked by the payment agent, whether Stripe or otherwise, for your card details and billing address. This information is held by the third party payment agent, and you will be asked to agree to their Privacy Policy in completing the payment steps.

We have no access to your credit/debit card details, but we may have access to your billing address and payment history in order to assist with customer service enquiries. Under no circumstances are these details disclosed to any third parties.

Our Partners

If you have been introduced to Gowebster Inc by one of our resellers or other partners we may disclose personal information back to that partner in accordance with our contractual obligations to them. Our partners are required to comply with our Privacy Policy in relation to any personal information which we provide to them. Gowebster Inc is not responsible for the use of your information by partners or affiliates. Gowebster Inc is only responsible for personal information provided to Gowebster Inc by persons having the authority to provide such information.
