In their Gowebster dashboard, users can cancel their website's subscription, and unpublish their website. This will ensure that their Gowebster website is no longer displayed on the domain name that they've purchased through Gowebster, or connected to their Gowebster website. If they wish to delete all data collected from them, then they may request it by sending an email to support@gowebster.com. Our support team will then delete all data of the user from our database. Data once delete from the database cannot be retrieved.
Marketing Communications. By using our Service, you agree to receive marketing communications from us or any of our partners. If you sign up for a Gowebster Inc account, we require your billing information in order to process the transaction. We will retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number and credit card type, so that you may identify the card in the future. We do not store any billing information. The information is discarded after your transaction has been processed and accepted. Your subscription’s default setup will be auto-renewing, as a result a recurring subscription will be created at our payment gateway, Stripe, which is a third-party electronic payments vendor. Stripe will store your billing information on its secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your subscription. All transactions are processed over an industry standard SSL/TLS connection.
We may use another third party payment agent to manage our subscriptions via credit/debit card in the future. If you use this method of payment you will authorize regular payments to be made for your subscription to Gowebster Inc. In doing so, you will be asked by the payment agent, whether Stripe or otherwise, for your card details and billing address. This information is held by the third party payment agent, and you will be asked to agree to their Privacy Policy in completing the payment steps.
We have no access to your credit/debit card details, but we may have access to your billing address and payment history in order to assist with customer service enquiries. Under no circumstances are these details disclosed to any third parties.
